4th Annual Halloween Kids and Pet Parade

The parade kicks-off at the Ossining Elks Lodge – 118 Croton Avenue and marches to Risko Music Store – 144 Croton Avenue for food, games and prizes.
There will be prizes for Best costumes, human and pet!
